InRevHQ sets up and runs front-office systems for service businesses, including call answering, text messaging, review requests, websites and invoicing tools. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.
The Handled Score is a free, informational estimate based on publicly available data and automated checks at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of rankings, leads, revenue or any other outcome.
Calls, texts and chats may be handled by an AI assistant. It will identify itself as an assistant when asked and is not a substitute for a licensed professional. Do not rely on it for legal, financial or emergency advice; in an emergency call 911.
By contacting us by text or chat you agree to our Privacy Policy, including the text-messaging terms in it. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Do not use our site or services for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to interfere with our systems.
The site, its content and the InRevHQ name and mark belong to INREVHQ LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
The site and free tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, INREVHQ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or free tools, and our total liability for the site and free tools is limited to $100.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Program: INREVHQ LLC ("InRevHQ") sends text messages to people who contact us by text, through the chat widget on inrevhq.com, or by calling 201-228-3680 and asking to be texted. Messages cover replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about our services. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, you may also receive occasional offers and updates.
Opt-in: You opt in by texting us, by entering your mobile number in the chat widget on inrevhq.com and checking the consent box, or by asking us to text you on a call. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us, typically up to 5 messages per inquiry.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. To rejoin, text START to 201-228-3680.
