What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, business name and website.
Messages and call recordings. Calls to our number may be answered by an AI assistant and are recorded for accuracy and training; you are told this at the start of the call.
Basic site data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address.
Public information about your business (for example your Google Business Profile and reviews) if you ask us for a Handled Score.

How we use it

To answer you, book calls and deliver what you asked for.
To send service messages about your request or account.
To send marketing messages only if you opted in, and until you opt out.
To run and improve our site and services.

Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile number through our chat widget or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from INREVHQ LLC about your inquiry. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, you may also receive offers and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Sharing

We use service providers to run our business (hosting, phone and messaging, email, payments, analytics). They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
